Contemporary Interiors — where light speaks

Contemporary living is defined by the quality of light before that of matter. These interiors — designed by architects and studios of different backgrounds — are photographed at the moment when natural or artificial light reveals the structure of the space, the depth of materials, the silence of surfaces. From the seaside residence to the villa in the landscape, from the living room to the nocturnal detail: a collection of spaces that share a common tension toward the essential.
